Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For verification purposes, please note that a valid California driver's license is required all credit cards and checks. No out-of state checks will be accepted.
Arrivals:
First time clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a client profile. If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment will be reduced in order to be on time for the next scheduled client. The usual fee for the treatment will remain the same.
Medical and Group Services:
Any medical, group or multiple services will require a major credit card to resevre the time slot. Any cancellations less than 48 hours of appointment time will result in a 50% charge of service cost. Sorry but no refunds will be given due to our staff not be ing able to fill in the spot.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date/time, otherwise, credit card will be charged for 50% of service booked.Credit card information is required for making appointments after one incident of no show or last minute cancellation.Prepaid services will be forfeited for less than 24-hour notice of cancellation or no show.
Gratuities:
Gratuities may be given at your discretion. It is customary to give 15-20 % of the total service cost.
Personal Property:
We are not responsible for any lost items that is brought to the spa.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available for your convience. You must present the gift certificate prior to service. Gift certificates for spa packages may be redeemed in more than one visit. Gift certificates can also be used on all products and gratuity. Déjà Vu Med Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Non- refundable. All gift certificates expire after one year from purchase date.
Refund Policy:
No refunds for services rendered. We will gladly accept product returns within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All sales on make-up products are final. All series are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Spa Etiquette:
Here at Déjà Vu Med Spa it is ideal to maintain a peaceful and clean environment for all of our guests. Please turn off all cell phones, pagers and maintain a quiet level of conversation when entering the spa. Thank you.
